Last time, Alex became a teen, Mortimer found out that Dina’s baby wasn’t his and kicked her out with no money, Alex met Thelma, Mortimer met Katy and married her, then he died.
To say nothing happens this round is an understatement. Alexander gets home from school, plays on the piano and then heads to work. He gets a good chance card, which gets him to a promotion and overachiever status.
Katy’s life revolves around crap. She only has buy this and buy that wants and she is a pleasure sim. Letting her juggle is the highlight of her day and she randomly rolls wants to buy new clothes.
After work, Alexander banks all the cash and breaks the computer. He fixes it and then calls for some scholarships. He wants to go to college and age up well. The rest is about Thelma.
The night before, Alex leaves for college. Katy sends all the graves to the graveyard. Then she wants to meet someone new and chooses Danielle Lillard.
When Katy gets lonely, she makes a want to make a friend. She only knew a couple of people before coming to Goth Mansion. Her newest friend is the butler. It’s the end of the round, caught just before 6 pm (triple speed with Katy and her lame wants that she can’t afford to spend money on). If it sticks and she stays alive, Malcolm will be on her list of best friends if she gets her way.

Alexander was only in the house for two days. Katy would get at least 2 wants a day fulfilled. She spent most of her nights on the telescope discovering stuff so that she could afford to pay the butler and bills.
I really thought Alexander had more time, but I was apparently wrong. Paying $200 in child support, we finally find out that Mortimer was the father of Nina’s baby girl that she put up for adoption.
